The contract also covers repair or replacement of faulty equipment, including cameras, access control hardware, NVRs, servers, and automation systems minimising disruption to your operations. With £150,000 of service stock, we can respond quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
You’ll also benefit from 24/7 technical support, safe access solutions for working at height, and full visibility via our customer support portal.
For a more flexible option, our Service Only Contract provides scheduled maintenance and expert support without equipment replacement helping you identify and address issues early.

CCTV Systems
- Control Room Check – Confirm all cameras are live, NVR is operating correctly, firmware is updated, and images are clear
- System Performance – Check recording, storage, and overall system health
- Site Inspection – Walk the site to inspect cabling, camera positions, and connections
- Camera Cleaning – Clean lenses and apply spider spray to prevent cobwebs
- Safe Access Maintenance – Use ladders or access platforms to service cameras safely
Access Control
- Preventative system inspections of controllers, readers, locks, door contacts, and associated hardware to ensure reliable operation
- Functional testing of access points including credential authentication, door release mechanisms, alarms, and system integrations
- Software and firmware updates to maintain system performance and support Cyber Essentials compliance and security patching
- Power supply and failover battery testing and replacement to ensure continued operation during power loss
- Fault diagnostics, system health checks, and maintenance reporting to identify issues early and maintain operational reliability
Traffic Barriers
- Preventative health check of barrier boom and housing
- Inspection and testing of motor functions and operational performance
- Verification and adjustment of boom balancing where required
- Testing of all safety circuits and presence detection devices
- Inspection of fixings, cabling, and mechanical components for signs of wear or damage
- Full clean down of barrier equipment and surrounding operational areas
Automated Gates & Turnstiles
- Preventative health check of automated gate structure, hinges, and operator housing
- Inspection and testing of gate motor functions and overall operational performance
- Verification and adjustment of gate alignment, travel limits, and closing forces where required
- Force testing of the gate system to ensure compliance with current DHF safety regulations
- Inspection of fixings, cabling, rollers, tracks, and mechanical components for signs of wear or damage
- Lubrication of moving parts and adjustment of mechanical assemblies where necessary
- Full clean down of gate equipment and surrounding operational areas
Offsite Monitored Systems
- Control Room Check – Confirm all cameras are live, NVR is operating correctly, firmware is updated, and images are clear
- System Performance – Check recording, storage, and overall system health
- Camera Cleaning – Clean lenses and apply spider spray to prevent cobwebs
- Complete full walk test of monitored camera positions with RVRC
- Audio testing at all Public Address Speaker positions
- Adjustment of detection zones as required and installation of latest firmware
- Test no video and polling alarms with RVRC
